Cancelling An Order


If for any reason you wish to cancel your order then as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations we require all cancellations to be made in writing to: support@furniture4tomorrow.co.uk

If your order has already been delivered to your premises then you will be required to follow our Returns Procedure.

 

Damaged, Faulty, Or Missing Parts


Please ensure that prior to signing for the delivery, you check that the packaging is intact.  If there is obvious damage to the item or packaging then please ensure this is marked on the delivery note provided, or alternatively reject the delivery and send the item back with the driver marking the delivery note as 'refused'.

In the unlikely event that the delivery company damage anything at your property you would need to liase with the delivery partners directly with regards to this matter.  If the item is collected from our warehouse yourself we take no responsibility for any damage caused.

We do advise that from the date of signing for the goods all items received are checked within 3 days to ensure an efficient and timely resolution.  If in the unlikely event you have received your order damaged, with faults, or containing any missing parts then please notify us in writing to: support@furniture4tomorrow.co.uk

We will aim to resolve any damages, faults, or missing parts as soon as possible by either replacing the parts required, repairing the item, or on some very rare occasions collect and replace the full item.  Photographic evidence may be required in order to repair or replace damaged parts.  We do require your cooperation and understanding to ensure any issues are resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner possible.  

Furthermore, please ensure all parts are checked thoroughly before assembly of items as we are unable to hold any responsibility for any damages after assembly of goods.  We highly recommend that the assembly instructions provided with each item are followed exactly as stated as Furniture4Tomorrow can not be held responsible for any items that have been assembled incorrectly.

 

 

Returns Procedure


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however if on the rare occasion you are not happy with your goods then under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the date you have signed for the goods to cancel your order.  Please notify us of any return requests in writing to: support@furniture4tomorrow.co.uk

In the event of a return we require all goods to be returned back to us in the same condition in which it originally arrived to you.  Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you are required to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and are unable to take responsibility for any losses, damages, or faults that may occur to the item while in your possession.  Please ensure that the person unwrapping the item is very careful to keep the packaging intact.  This is also essential in preventing the item from being damaged on its return.  Goods can either be returned back to us yourself (with prior notice) or we can arrange for the item to be collected from your premises however collection charges will apply.  Once the goods have been returned back to us they will be inspected upon return and a full refund of your order will be made (excluding any collection costs incurred).
